(Supplemental Health Options Plan) because it allows the
insured to �shop� for the benefits that best meet their budget
and needs. Silver, Gold, and Platinum packages are available to
meet many needs with optional riders added to the policy to
broaden its coverage. Benefits are paid under the Base policy
for daily hospital confinement, hospital intensive care unit
and waiver of premium. SHOP is available for individuals and
family.
